
Steven Erich
Founder & President
Before this, Steve spent 11 years at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, most recently serving as President / Partner of the global agency. During that time, CP+B was named “Agency
of the Decade” by Advertising Age, “Agency of the Year” 13 times in the trade press and received more Cannes Grand Prix awards than any other agency in the world.
Steve oversaw partner relationships, business development, media/analytics, strategic planning and was ultimately responsible for the success of the agency’s clients across all eight global offices, which included Activision, American Express, Best Buy, Burger King, Charles Schwab, Domino's, The Gap, Infiniti, Kraft Foods, MetLife, Microsoft, Mondelez, Netflix, Old Navy, Pay Pal, Turkish Airlines, Volkswagen and Xbox. He worked in all three US offices over the years and opened CP+B’s first international expansion with the London office in 2006.
Prior to CP+B, Steve worked at TBWA/Chiat Day, The Martin Agency and Vitro/Robertson managing work on Timberland, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Kyocera Wireless, Cobra Golf, Penn Tennis, Ketel One Vodka, Baskin-Robbins and Newcastle Brown Ale. He has overseen work that's been awarded two Grand Effies and over 300 other strategic and creative awards, been a guest lecturer at both the University of Missouri and University of Colorado Schools of Journalism, and a featured speaker for the Minneapolis Ad Club, the Word of Mouth Conference in Hamburg, and Marketing 2.0 in Paris.

Eric Kallman
Founder & Chief Creative Officer
Before this, Eric was Executive Creative Director of Goodby Silverstein & Partners
where he was named one of the top 10 Chief Creatives in the country by ADWEEK.
Over the past decade Eric has consistently been one of the most effective and awarded creatives in the business. He helped create campaigns such as Old Spice’s “The Man Your Man Could Smell Like” as well as celebrated work for Skittles, Coca-Cola, KAYAK, Ragu, Little Caesars, CareerBuilder and many others.
Prior to GS&P, he was the founding Executive Creative Director of Barton F. Graf.
The agency was named to Ad Age and Creativity’s “Agency A-List” all three years he was there and won the 4A’s Mid-Sized Agency of the Year in 2014. Before that Eric was at Wieden+Kennedy, Portland where his work for Old Spice won the Grand Effie.
Eric had been named to the "Creativity 50" multiple times, "A multi-disciplinary account of the biggest and best thinkers and doers from 20 years of advertising and consumer culture." He was the most awarded creative in the world in 2011. He has won both the Film and Cyber Grand Prix along with 28 other Cannes Lions, the Best of Show at One Show Interactive along with dozens of other pencils, the GRANDY, back-to-back AICP Best of Show awards and an Emmy. His eight yellow pencils and two black pencils make him the third most awarded copywriter in D&AD history.

Jill Garrison
Chief Operating Officer
Jill is a 20 year marketing veteran who has a passion for tackling the complex marketing challenges of the day. Jill spent 10 years at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, most recently serving as Director of Client Service Operations across all three US offices; managing the Account Management department and working with the executive team on optimization of internal processes and development of cross-functional teams.
Prior to taking that role, Jill was making great creative happen at CP+B working on award-winning campaigns for Volkswagen, Old Navy and American Express. Jill cut her teeth at Leo Burnett working on Altoids, PetSmart, Kellogg’s, and Western Union.

Rikesh Lal
Executive Creative Director
Rikesh is an award-winning creative with over 15 years of agency experience. Jumping into advertising fresh out of art school, his background in design and animation brings a unique perspective to brands. Rikesh began his career as an art director at Butler, Shine Stern and Partners. Following that, he worked at AKQA, DDB Amsterdam and Publicis & Hal Riney creating campaigns for clients like Nike, Converse, MINI, Sprite, Philips Electronics and Microsoft.
Over the last few years Rikesh brought his expertise in building brands to help create an agency from the ground up. As ECD and Partner at Camp+King, he’s helped grow the agency’s roster of brands (Energizer, Google, RE/MAX, Papa John's), led the agency to four Ad Age Small Agency of the Year wins and built an agency culture that ended up on Outside Magazine’s 50 Best Places to Work. Along the way, Rikesh’s work has received top marks from Cannes Lions, One Show, the London International Awards, Graphis Design, The Type Director's Club and Clio.

Kati Haberstock
Executive Head of Production and Operations
A seasoned production leader with more than 25 years of international experience across all continents, building relationships with global partners, Kati leads and manages Erich and Kallman’s production department. Known for producing cutting-edge, best-in-class creative work, and overseeing teams, Kati also applies her skills across industry business affairs - including instituting best practices in talent and traffic divisions. Kati continuously fosters innovative solutions to all creative assignments and challenges, while setting up cost effective production and post-production pipelines.
Prior to joining Erich and Kallman, Kati was the Director of Production and Business Affairs for one of the top independent agencies in the USA, Mekanism in Los Angeles. She led and managed the full team of broadcast, print and integrated digital producers across four offices, overseeing creative productions for clients including Peloton, Charles Schwab, Pepsi, HBO, Alaska Airlines, OkCupid, Method, Muscle Milk, Miller Coors, Ben & Jerry’s, Talenti, Sling TV, Instagram and Papa Murphy’s.
Last year, Kati was the Production Design Jury President for the 2021 D&AD Awards, and she has won Effies, Cannes Lions Clios, AICP Awards and more.

Kate Frazier
Director of Brands
Kate is an Account Management lead with more than 25 years of experience growing high-performing teams, igniting big ideas and developing partnerships. She has worked across a range of categories, including automotive, consumer packaged goods and technology. Kate spent the bulk of her career at CP+B where she was a core member of the leadership team as the agency grew from a small, scrappy regional shop to a modern global network that produced iconic and highly effective work. She helped launch the MINI brand in the U.S. and led work for Volkswagen, Microsoft, Kraft Foods and Infiniti.
